Everything is shipped via USPS with cost calculated by weight at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Please check your tracking and double check your shipping address at checkout.

Delivery times are taking longer at this time. While your order will ship out within 2-4 days, it may take an extra long time to arrive particularly if using 1st Class Mail. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Overnight Express is 2 days from Hawaii. (It should be called Overnight + 1 night)

I know you will to be stoked on your purchase! There is a no return policy. Feel free to contact support@thisislivinstore.com with any questions prior to placing your order. If you received your item(s) damaged, broken or unusable please email support@thisislivinstore.com within two (2) days of delivery with photo proof of damage, order number and contact info. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery.
